Heavy Duty Rejecter
The rejecter works as a natural and functional continuation of the Inspection System. The defective products are removed from the conveyor line and the reason for rejection is stored within the Inspection System.
- The rejecter may be placed immediately after or in any convenient location after the X-ray inspection system
- Detection of a non-acceptable product will trigger the product rejection function
- The rejecter operation is controlled by the X-ray system from where it receives a 0-24V signal
- The operation is programmable from the system user interface:
- an ON / OFF function
- the reject delay is set in ms (distance between inspection and rejecter depending on line speed)
- the rejecting time is set in ms (depending upon product size and line speed)
